Sports compression socks
"After a long run I put on my Dr Woof compression socks. Helps with my recovery and makes my next day run much better!"
Lisa T. · Black & Pink · Regular / M
The long run feels fine. It's the two days after. Heavy calves, slow stairs, and by Thursday the next session has quietly moved to next week.
It's not fitness. Between runs your calves just aren't moving blood back up as well as they could.
Compression helps. But most compression socks are built to be seen: neon, racing stripes, a logo up the calf.
Firmest at the ankle, easing up the calf, so the calf pump has help moving blood back up.
Holds its shape through the run and after it. No sliding down mid-session.
Knitted to the shape of each foot rather than one shape doing for both.
With a smooth keyline toe seam, so nothing rubs on a long one.
Plain, quiet colours. Not a single one shouts. That is the whole point.
Prefer to mix your own designs?
Run in them. Wash them. If they're not what you wanted, send them back.

"Socks fit nice and snug and give nice relief to tired calves and feet."

"My feet just feel so light throughout the day."

Firm but not gripping. You'll feel it at the ankle first. Most people stop noticing it within ten minutes.
Either. A lot of runners wear them for the session and then again on the couch that evening.
Measure the widest part of your calf. Under 40cm go Regular, over 40cm go Wide.
The 2x2 ribbed structure and the knitted cuff hold them in place. If yours slide, you're likely a size down.
No logo, no stripes, no neon. Plain colours in a smooth ribbed knit, so they read as socks rather than gear.
Cold machine wash, line dry. They hold their compression wash after wash.
