Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

You can change your order details within 30 minutes of completing it. Check your order confirmation email for the address editing option. After that window, orders are dispatched within two business days, so if you need a change please email us straight away. Once the parcel has shipped you'll need to contact the delivery company using the details in your shipping email.
